- Job details:
1. Receiving into inventory:
Receiving raw materials and goods from suppliers; the current items include:
Verify the quantity, quality, and specifications of goods against the documents, purchase orders, and warehouse receipts.
Record the figures in the goods receipt log.
Sign for the documents and transfer the data to the sales and warehouse accounting department for entry into the warehouse management software.
2. Sorting and Storage:
Arrange goods neatly and systematically according to the principles of easy to find, easy to retrieve, and easy to inspect (following the warehouse layout plan).
3. Inventory withdrawal:
Receive approved warehouse release orders (material release slips, finished product release orders). Check, prepare goods, and hand them over to the production or transportation department, ensuring the correct quantity and type of goods.
Update the shipping status in the records.
Sign the documents and transfer the data to the sales and inventory accountant for entry into the software.
4. Inventory and Reporting:
Conduct physical inventory checks: weekly/monthly, on an ad hoc basis, or periodically as required, and compare the data with the software records.
Report promptly on inventory levels, low stock, slow-moving goods, or damaged/spoiled goods.
Ensure a proper match between book figures and actual figures.
5. Other tasks:
Keep the warehouse area clean.
Comply with workplace safety and fire prevention regulations.

Experience in a similar position is preferred, especially for those with families and living near the Kien An area.
