JOB DETAILS:
The job includes general internal management, controlling departmental operating costs, warehouse management, and managing and coordinating the delivery team and drivers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize, and assign tasks for the implementation of approved plans, ensuring progress and effectiveness.
- Effectively handle any issues arising related to warehousing, delivery, and goods to achieve the prevention goal.
- Develop a training roadmap for employees.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance and work efficiency of employees.
- Propose rewards and disciplinary actions for employees within your management scope.
- Control and manage the room's overhead costs in a reasonable and efficient manner (e.g., maintenance, repairs, fuel costs, etc.).
- Assess the current state and propose solutions to optimize the capacity of the warehouse management system, delivery processes, etc.
- Manage and supervise warehouse inventory receiving and dispatching operations.
- Inventory management.
- Manage periodic inventory checks, plan and develop inspection and post-audit procedures to promptly detect discrepancies.
- Propose solutions to optimize warehouse space and improve storage and shipping efficiency.
- Monitor, handle, or coordinate the resolution of complaints and incidents related to delivery and receipt.
- Improving and innovating processes to minimize risks during transportation.
REQUEST:
- University graduates, aged 28-38.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- The ability to plan, prioritize, and manage work progress effectively.
- Teamwork skills (flexible coordination between departments).
- The ability to resolve situations effectively and ensure harmony among all stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and inventory management software.
