-Job description:
- Recruiting & training, evaluating and managing sales staff, becoming the company's commercial representative
- Ensure the revenue target according to the assigned target
- Allocating targets for sales staff. Make a target plan and allocate targets for sales staff
- Categorize customers, establish approaches, take care of each type of customer and train employees.
- Receive feedback from customers and propose solutions.
Job requirements:
- Understanding the market of the food/beverage industry, capable of seizing business opportunities on the basis of observing, collecting, evaluating and analyzing market data within the scope of the assigned work to promote market share and sales growth

- Graduated from University/College of Business Administration/Marketing
- At least 1 year working experience in food/beverage industry
- Proficient in using computers
