- Job details:
A. Team Management and Development:
▪ Schedule work shifts and allocate tours for customer consultations fairly and efficiently;
▪ Provide training to new employees on basic dental knowledge, reception procedures, sales closing skills, and handling objections;
▪ Motivate, maintain positive energy, and build a cohesive work culture within the team;
▪ Responsible for achieving individual sales targets and the overall team revenue;
▪ Closely monitor, support, and directly participate in complex, high-value consultation cases (implants, cosmetic dental crowns, etc.).
B. Customer Service & Complaint Resolution:
▪ Monitor the customer care process before, during, and after dental services;
▪ Acting as the primary point of contact for receiving and directly handling complaints, negative feedback, or situations that arise beyond the authority of the consulting staff;
▪ Working closely with the team of doctors and assistants to provide the best service experience for customers.
C. Other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.
- Job requirements:
▪ Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar position (Preference given to candidates with experience in dentistry, healthcare, or aesthetics);
▪ Basic understanding of dental services or the ability to quickly absorb medical and cosmetic knowledge;
▪ Excellent English communication skills and a keen understanding of customer psychology;
▪ Appearance: bright, neat, and professional demeanor.
