Job Description

Sales Leader Trainee is a program to recruit, train and train potential sales team leaders to supplement the strategic positions of the telesales team at NMS. Candidates who pass the challenge to achieve KPI in 2 months will be able to participate in theoretical and practical training within 2 months. At the end of the program, you have the opportunity to become the official Telesale team leader and manage the Sales team with more than 15 employees. Organize the list of potential customers scientifically for consulting and list DEVELOPMENT. Actively contact customers according to the list to provide, consult information and CLOSE the optimal SOLUTION for customers. Record all consulting information as prescribed on the centralized data management system. Actively participate in training courses organized by the company on expertise and skills to improve yourself and potential personnel development programs.
