Job description:

Planning Marketing strategies according to the business orientation of the Board of Directors;
Develop Marketing plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and budget for activities. Implement effective plans and budgets;
Planning and implementing cooperation activities with partners to enhance brand image and develop customer base;
Build efficiency measurement indicators, analyze and optimize costs and resources;
Brand building, development & management
Build and update customer database, propose and implement programs/activities/initiatives to enhance customer experience and interaction.
Building and managing the Marketing team: Training, guiding, and evaluating the team's work results. Develop goals, work plans, reporting systems for the team.

Request:

Graduated from University with major in Marketing and Communication. Business Administration, Economics
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preference is given to candidates with experience in the field of Construction, Real Estate, Construction, Interior.
Having knowledge and experience in Brand Marketing, understanding online channels
Suitable age: Under 35 years old
Have laptop and transportation.
