Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

This position is responsible for supporting real estate business operations, including drafting documents, managing client records, updating the product catalog, and providing logistical support for events.

Workplace: No. 18, B13 Street, Nguyen Huu Tho Road, Zeit River County Residential Area, Nha Be Commune, Ho Chi Minh City

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for drafting, reviewing the basic legal aspects, and finalizing business documents: deposit contracts, sales contracts, quotations, sales policies, and agreements with customers.
Work closely with the Sales team to receive customer documents, verify the completeness of the paperwork, and track the document flow until the transaction is completed.
Directly manage and update the shopping cart (product status: available, reserved, sold).
Build, store, and secure a customer data system (CRM). Ensure that information is always accurate and easily accessible when needed.
Directly support the logistics for sales events, project launches, or on-site sales campaigns at the project site.
Administrative tasks: Scheduling meetings, drafting meeting minutes, preparing documents and necessary tools and equipment for the sales team.

REQUEST:

Graduated from college/university with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related economic fields.
Experience: No experience required (candidates with prior office or document management experience are preferred).
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate use of Excel for managing functions and filtering data; PowerPoint presentation skills for reports)
Attitude: Honest, highly responsible, professional work style, and willing to support teammates.
