Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

- Contact clients by phone beforehand to discuss IT solutions suitable for their businesses, and plan the creation of a website according to their requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contact the client by phone beforehand to discuss IT solutions suitable for their business, and plan the creation of a website according to their requirements.
We meet in person to analyze customer needs and advise on website design and features suitable for each industry.
Specify and coordinate with the design and programming department to complete the website software for the client.
Conduct testing and participate in the warranty and maintenance process.
Instructions for users on how to use the website software.
Website warranty and maintenance, web care, and other tasks as directed by management.

REQUEST:

Currently a final-year student awaiting or graduating from a degree program in information technology or related fields.
No experience required.
Must be able to meet the company's working hours of 8am-5pm, Monday to Saturday morning.
In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: Customer relations, understanding of website SEO, and experience with consulting.
We prioritize candidates with experience in: SEO Marketing, knowledge related to Software Consulting, and understanding of Sales Consulting.
