Job Description

Represent or support the General Director in guest reception activities, conferences, and working events with domestic and foreign partners.
Prepare documents, presentations, letters, and external emails (Vietnamese-English) for meetings and events
Build, maintain and develop relationships with agencies, organizations, customers and suppliers
Arrange and organize business trips, conferences, and foreign events
Manage work schedule, meeting schedule, business trip schedule of General Director
Record, draft and archive meeting minutes
Monitor, summarize and report progress of tasks assigned by the General Director
Support coordination and communication between the General Director and departments
Join the General Director on business trips
