JOB DETAILS: The Ecommerce Warehouse Manager position is responsible for managing incoming, outgoing, and inventory goods, checking and reconciling quantities, organizing goods efficiently, coordinating e-commerce orders and online sales channels. The job also includes coordinating order processing, handling returns, conducting inventory checks, monitoring and updating inventory data, and ensuring the warehouse operates in an organized and secure manner.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage e-commerce inventory, including incoming, outgoing, and stock levels, according to established procedures.
- Verify and compare the actual quantity of goods with the system inventory.
- Organize and classify goods scientifically, ensuring compliance with warehousing standards in the fashion industry.
- Coordinate the delivery of goods to fulfill e-commerce orders and online sales channels.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to process orders, returns, and inventory.
- Monitor and update inventory data accurately on the system.
- Conduct periodic or unscheduled inventory checks as required.
- Ensure the warehouse operates in an organized, safe, and compliant manner.
REQUEST:- Male/Female, with at least one year of experience in a warehouse management position, preferably in the fashion, e-commerce, or retail industries.
- Possesses skills in inventory management and efficient warehouse organization.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management software.
- Honest, careful, and responsible in their work.
- Capable of handling pressure and coordinating work effectively.
