Workplace
Import and export:
- Check the required import/export documents according to regulations.
- Import and export goods according to Import - Export Form.
- Receive delivery documents, export requests, store and transfer to warehouse accounting according to regulations.
- Ensure tracking and updating of import and export goods data honestly, accurately and promptly.
Track inventory reports:
- Tracking of imported and exported goods in inventory.
- Record warehouse card.
Warehouse management:
- Directly arrange goods in the warehouse.
- Arrange goods to avoid getting wet or broken
- Create warehouse diagram and update warehouse diagram when goods arise.
- Ensure the standard of goods in stock.
- Arrange goods in the warehouse according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Perishable goods must be managed according to the FIFO (First In First Out) principle.
- Comply with regulations on fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) and safety in warehouse.
Other jobs:
- Archive documents related to work according to regulations. Provide reports related to the assigned goods as required by management.
- Improve accounting methods and reporting regimes, recommend and propose solutions for improvement.
- Ensure the security requirements of economic and financial information
Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
INCOME: 8 - 9.5 MILLION (INCLUDING ALLOWANCES) + OVERTIME
