Design mechanical engineering drawings (2D/3D) using specialized software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, etc.
Develop ideas and technical solutions based on actual requirements of customers or production department.
Calculation, analysis of mechanical structure , load capacity, durability, materials... to ensure feasibility and safety.
Develop detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings and send them to the manufacturing/production department.
Coordinate with relevant departments (production, assembly, electrical control) to ensure design is practical.
Monitor, check production and assembly process , adjust design if necessary.
Participate in improving, optimizing products , improving performance and reducing production costs.
Manage and store technical design documents , ensuring easy retrieval and updating.
Qualification: College graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Machine Design, Machine Manufacturing
Experience: Minimum 12 years in similar position. (New graduates are accepted, the company will train)
Knowledge/skills:
Proficient in 2D/3D design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor...
Understanding of materials, manufacturing technology, machine structure, transmission...
Ability to read and understand drawings and technical standards.
Problem solving skills, logical thinking and creativity.
Good team work and technical communication.
Priority: Experience in designing electrical cabinets, cable trays or working in the mechanical manufacturing industry is an advantage.
