Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

This position is responsible for connecting with and advising potential clients on educational solutions, closing deals through negotiation and registration support, and providing care and guidance to students throughout their learning journey.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Exploration & Development (Focus)
Proactively seek out and build a target customer base consisting of businesses, organizations, or strategic partners with training/setup needs.
Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends to propose flexible educational service packages that effectively address customer pain points.
Participate in seminars and business networking events to expand your network.
Networking & Consulting: Receive potential customer data from the company to advise on suitable educational solutions/courses.
Final solution: Negotiate, handle objections, and assist clients in registering for training courses or business setup services.
Care & Support: Closely monitoring students' learning progress, answering questions, and building long-term relationships.

REQUEST:

Excellent communication skills, clear pronunciation, and persuasive abilities.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn (Candidates without experience are welcome; training will be provided).
Capable of working under pressure to achieve sales targets.
In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: communication skills, market understanding, proficiency in telesales, and experience in consulting.
In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: student recruitment, project sales, and understanding of educational counseling.
