Job description
Supervise, manage, assign and guide subordinates in performing service tasks.
Resolve arising problems, Resolve customer complaints during shift
Check machinery, equipment and tools in the area under your responsibility.
Support Restaurant Supervisor to arrange working shifts, manage working schedules of employees.
Support the Service team and be responsible for assigned area.
Ensure service quality according to prescribed standards.
Training & orientation for new employees.
Update and report issues related to restaurant service operations.
Track order and inventory.
Report to superiors any shortages, damages, or malfunctions and transfer them to the maintenance and repair department.
In case the restaurant is overloaded and there are not enough staff to serve, the Leader will perform the tasks of a normal waiter such as: taking orders, serving food to customers and fulfilling other requests from customers within his/her authority.
Report daily work to superiors at the end of shift.
Assign staff to perform end of shift tasks such as cleaning, tidying up, and organizing
End shift and hand over work to next shift.

Working time
- Full-time: 8 hours/day
+ Shift 1: 8am-6pm (2 hour break between shifts)
+ Shift 2: 11am-9pm (2 hour break between shifts)
+ Shift 3: 12pm-10pm (2 hour break between shifts)
- 1 day off per week, no fixed schedule
