Job Description

JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for monitoring production progress according to orders, coordinating production to ensure timely completion, and managing production department staff.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Track production progress according to orders;
Coordinate production to ensure it stays on schedule.
Manage production department staff and conduct training on new production processes;
Coordinate with relevant departments as required;
Prepare reports as directed and requested by superiors.

REQUEST:

Have at least one year of management experience in a manufacturing company.
Knowing conversational Chinese is required.
In terms of skills, candidates need to have: proficiency in Electronics Engineering, experience with Operations Management, and a good understanding of Production Management.
In addition, candidates should have knowledge of: a strong understanding of Management, knowledge of Production Management, and knowledge related to Production Operators.
