JOB DETAILS- Business Field: Benign pharmaceutical and cosmetic products or prenatal education/early education course products, easy
- Develop business strategies, set sales targets for Lagumi Sales Department by month/quarter/year to ensure compliance with the company's development orientation.
- Recruit, train and develop sales staff (telesale, chat page, customer service) to improve sales skills and closing ability.
- Allocate sales targets to each group and each employee in the department and monitor progress.
- Propose salary and bonus policies to promote motivation and retain good staff.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Resale to Optimize Conversion Rate (CR).
- Monitor and analyze business data to promptly adjust strategies and optimize performance.
- Build & optimize sales processes to deliver the best customer experience & help teams optimize work performance.
Request- University degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in telesales, online sales (Online Sales/Chat)
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG or e-commerce industry.
- Ability to build team, manage team of 3 or more employees
- Proficient in persuasive negotiation skills, able to handle arising problems
- Ability to communicate, standard voice, easy to listen to, able to withstand high work pressure.
Interest- Competitive base salary, reviewed annually.
Fixed salary from 16 - 25 million/month (Negotiable ) + Performance Bonus + Hot Bonus. Total income up to 50 million/month - Fixed salary is not affected by Sales KPI, hot data from marketing.
