Job Description

- Job details:

Working directly with Japanese clients on requirements, specifications, and workflows.

Manage the project or coordinate closely with the Project Manager/Leader to monitor and control progress.

Analyze and communicate requirements to the engineering team throughout the software development lifecycle.

Acting as a bridge between BrSEs while expanding project management responsibilities.

- Job requirements:

3+ years of experience as a BrSE or related position

Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher (good conversational skills)

Intermediate English

Understand the software development process and have hands-on programming experience.

Experienced in working with low-level design documents.

Independent and responsible personality; proactively learns.

Prioritize:

Experienced Project Manager

I have lived and worked in Japan.
