Job Description

Work location: 322D Le Trong Tan Street, Phuong Liet Ward, Hanoi City

JOB DETAILS:

This position is responsible for defining the scope, developing preliminary plans, assessing project execution capabilities, guiding and monitoring project implementation, and maintaining effective coordination among various internal teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define the scope and develop a preliminary plan. Assess the project's implementation capacity, provide guidance, and monitor the project's implementation plan.
Maintain effective coordination among different internal teams (Project Planning, Project Legal, Project Design, Marketing & Sales, Accounting).
Monitor progress, report any delays and issues identified in the project, and resolve them by coordinating with various stakeholders.
Support to ensure the project is completed on time, to a high standard, and within budget.
Proactively communicate project status through regular reports, meetings, emails, etc., to the necessary project expectations.
Manage assigned consultants to ensure they coordinate and communicate with all team members to deliver effective and well-managed project outcomes.

REQUEST:

Graduates from universities specializing in engineering, construction, etc.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Understanding of structural design and engineering.
Proficient in AutoCAD and office software.
Possesses good leadership skills.
Able to handle high pressure at work and willing to travel for business when required.
In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: problem-solving and technical process knowledge.
To meet the job requirements, knowledge of electrical, civil, and mechanical engineering is necessary.
