Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Join an amazing team to build one of the biggest e-grocery platform in Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and oversee project plans and schedules.
Drive team members to achieve release goals.
Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope.
Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, burndown, velocity.
Take lead on quality control issues.
Maintain issues and risks log.
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners.
Responsible for internal and external communication, transparency, and distributing information.
Maintain process documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years experience working with software development projects. Requires excellent technical acumen, and experience with Agile, SDLC, ALM, and the software release process.
Proven experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a large team.
Fluent English.
MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent. CSM/PSM or PMP certificated is a plus.
