Job Description

CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Tìm kiếm khách hàng trong nước và quốc tế (Searching for customers domestically and internationally).
Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức triển lãm tại Việt Nam (Planning and organizing trade expos in Vietnam).
Tiếp nhận đơn hàng, xây dựng quy trình và thời gian thực hiện (Acknowledging the Customer purchase order by setting procedures and timescales).
Phối hợp với nhà thầu và các bộ phận nội bộ theo kế hoạch triển lãm (Coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders).
Xác nhận và theo dõi tình trạng dự án với khách hàng (Regularly confirming project status with clients).
Đáp ứng các yêu cầu đã được thỏa thuận theo hợp đồng (Fulfilling contractual documentary requirements).

YÊU CẦU:

Để thành công trong vai trò này, các kỹ năng cần thiết bao gồm: lập kế hoạch, quản lý dự án, kỹ năng giao tiếp, tiếng Anh và giải quyết vấn đề.

Chúng tôi ưu tiên những ứng viên có kinh nghiệm với: triển khai dự án, Event/ tổ chức sự kiện, Project Manager và quản lý.
