- Job details:

1. Managing and supervising operational activities.

Responsible for the overall operation of the driver team in the assigned area, ensuring the system operates stably, efficiently, and meets the set business targets.
Monitor, analyze, and control key operational indicators such as: number of completed trips, trip acceptance rate, trip cancellation rate, operating time, driver productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction; and then propose timely improvement solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance, improve operational rates, and minimize risks affecting service quality.

2. Ensure compliance with regulations and service standards.

Monitor the drivers' compliance with operating procedures, internal regulations, and service standards.
Proactively identify problems arising during operations, handle or propose solutions for violations to ensure discipline and brand image.
Update and implement new operating policies clearly for the driver team, ensuring consistency across the entire management area.

3. Managing and developing the driver team

Directly manage, coordinate, and support drivers during operations; act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues, complaints, or incidents that arise.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address situations that impact customer experience and operational efficiency.
Conduct periodic performance reviews, recommend rewards, warnings, or disciplinary actions in accordance with regulations; and develop plans to improve the quality of the workforce.

- Request:

Graduated from college/university with a major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, or equivalent fields.
Minimum 24 years of experience in operations; experience in transportation, taxi, logistics, ride-hailing, or driver management is preferred.
Must possess at least a B2 driver's license and have a thorough understanding of taxi operations, traffic regulations, and related legal aspects.
Possesses strong team management skills, logical thinking, and quick decision-making abilities in a challenging environment.
Proficient in office software; capable of compiling, monitoring, and analyzing operational data.
Excellent communication skills, effective complaint handling and problem-solving abilities; capable of working under high pressure and staying focused on achieving goals.
