Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

This role involves managing growth and process improvement projects, optimizing operations, coordinating with production and dispatch teams, and continuously developing skills in business growth and supervisory practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take over growth or process improvement projects under a senior biz ops or management.
Improve and optimize processes to minimize complexities and promote effective and efficient operations.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to ensure all orders are prepared and delivered timely.
Move fast and be biased towards action.
Motivate and leverage existing and new staff to continually up-level their results.
Works continually towards self-development to stay current on business growth and supervisory practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Internship or professional experience in startups, e-commerce or consulting (open to fresh graduates).
Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with a “business” mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills in English (MUST) and Vietnamese.
Highly motivated (MUST) and ambitious, fast learner with a can-do spirit, even when under high pressure.
Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights (Excel / Google Sheets).
Preferably: International experience (academic or work).
Preferably: intermediate programming skills.
