Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate with sales team/consultants to learn and plan study programs, financial plans and visas for customers.
- Prepare procedures for applying for admission letters, visa applications; Assist customers in submitting medical examination documents…
- Translating and notarizing documents for customers.
- Guide customers to complete the missing procedures; Support visa interview preparation in both Vietnamese and required languages.
- Store customer information and data, closely follow the process of preparing customer records; Answer questions related to the application process.
- Other tasks as directed by superiors.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College/University or above.
- English level: Proficient in 4 skills.
- Having at least two (02) years of experience in similar positions in the field of student visa processing. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling Australian Student / Tourist visa applications.
- Careful and responsible in work.
- Able to work in high pressure environment.
RIGHT
- LCB from 10-14 million/month depending on candidate's experience,
