Job Description

Manage and optimize store operations on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
Build promotional plans, increase shop scores, increase visibility and conversion rates.
Master the algorithms and operating mechanisms of each exchange to come up with appropriate strategies.
Proactively handle arising problems.
Monitor, synthesize data, analyze performance and propose optimal solutions.

Have a clear growth record for the shop (please attach in CV).
Understand algorithms, ranking mechanisms, handling violations and optimizing products.
Priority is given to candidates who have worked with KOC/KOL.
Ability to work independently, withstand high pressure and handle multitasking.
Logical thinking, responsible, disciplined and clear-minded.

Fixed salary from 8 million+/month, negotiable based on ability.
Snacks available at the company, Lunch allowance, 13th month bonus
