Job Description

- Job details:

Regularly implement a checklist for the operational systems of office buildings and apartment complexes.

Control contractors to ensure they carry out the registered repair and maintenance items correctly.

Regular maintenance and servicing of the systems according to schedule.

Operating, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting technical systems within the scope of management of office buildings and apartments: Fire alarm systems, wastewater treatment systems, generator systems, domestic water/rainwater pumping systems, elevator systems, and chillers, ensuring they are always in stable operation.

- Job requirements:

Graduates from vocational schools in electrical engineering, electrical technology, refrigeration, and related fields.

It's possible to work shifts.
