A. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Consulting & Transaction:
- Consulting and performing transactions related to Mortgage, Collection/Sale of branded goods, Genuine inspection...
- Ensure sealing, inspection and preservation of assets after each transaction.
- Handle the collection and payment of goods, interest and fees professionally.
- Comprehensive customer care before and after using the service.
- Actively seek and attract new customers.
2. Daily operations:
- Manage goods, cash and funds effectively.
- Take care of service counter and marketing products.
- Perform data entry and reporting on periodic business activities.
- Coordinate inspections to ensure safety in daily operations.
- Develop strong relationships with PNJ partners.
- Support customers and other points of sale quickly and professionally.
B. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate or higher.
- No experience required (training provided during apprenticeship).
- Use basic office computer.
- Good communication and persuasion skills, enthusiastic and dynamic.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Study apprenticeship for 25 days at the company's Headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi Office.
- HCM head office address: 1st Floor, Vincom Cong Hoa Building, No. 15-17 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, HCMC.
C. REMUNERATION POLICY
- Basic salary from 7 - 8 million, with KPI bonus, average income from 9-20 million.
- 2-month probationary period with 100% basic salary.
- Work in an air-conditioned office.
- Uniforms, name tags, and work equipment provided.
- Guarantee benefits according to Labor Law, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, annual leave. 13th month salary and Tet bonus based on work results.
- Organize bonding activities such as festivals and team building.
Working hours: rotating shifts, 1 day off per week
Working location: PNJ store in HCM area
