Contact and advise customers on online or in-person English courses that suit their learning goals, needs and finances. We can advise and receive customers directly at home or at the location desired by the customer.
Customer care via phone, email, sms, maintain customer relationships.
Report, update, and compile customer and work data on modern Call Center and CRM systems
Periodically report daily and weekly to department head.
