- Job details:

We provide consultation using 100% data of potential students (hot leads) provided by our Marketing team (who have left their information and expressed interest in learning about the course).
We provide phone calls and text messages to advise on a Data Analysis learning path that suits students' needs (career guidance, skill enhancement).
Providing support and answering students' questions during the consultation process and after course registration.
Record basic feedback from students and forward it to the responsible team (no in-depth analysis required).

- Job requirements:

Preference will be given to candidates with 3 months or more of experience in telesales or customer service .
Age range: 18-25 years old
Clear and easy-to-understand voice; good communication skills, ability to listen and persuade .
Proactive in learning, serious about work, and seeking long-term commitment.

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with skills and work performance.
Level Fresher: 5 - 8 million VND/month.
Level Junior: 8 - 12 million VND/month.
High commission rates, total income of 20-30 million VND/month.
