Job description
- Market research on product information
- Receive and implement product development ideas, design and build standard drawings for products, and deploy sample product production
- Manage new product development projects from process, personnel, and time schedule
- Research, learn, and exploit technological lines and equipment to apply in the process of research, improvement, and product development. Optimize production processes, cut costs
- Work with Japanese experts to learn, improve skills, experience, and apply innovative and modern technology to improve products and improve the quality of the Company's products.
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by the Department Head.

REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female, from 23 - 32 years old
- Graduated from college/university
- JLPT N2
- Welcome Fresher with knowledge of 2D, 3D CAD or candidates willing to study
- Diligent, careful, active
- Have good health and ability to withstand high pressure
