- Job details:
Plan and be responsible for procuring key raw materials, chemicals, and adhesives for the entire factory based on weekly/monthly production plans and ensuring safe inventory levels.
Conduct market research, identify new suppliers, assess partner capabilities, negotiate contract terms, and build a backup supply chain.
Receive purchase requests, conduct price surveys, select suitable suppliers, and issue purchase orders (PO).
Monitor delivery progress and ensure raw materials arrive at the factory on time.
Compile invoices, warehouse receipts, and quality inspection reports to complete the payment file and forward it to the Accounting Department.
- Job requirements:
Graduates with a college degree or higher in Economics, Foreign Trade, Engineering, or related fields.
At least two years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or production planning.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook...).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills.
Honest, responsible, capable of working independently and handling work pressure.
