Job Description

Summary of weekly/monthly/yearly project implementation reports
Receive information from BP Business Development reviewing contracts. Understand the requirements in the EPC quotation and contract for payment records to coordinate with the Owner when necessary.
Exchange – feedback information with Customers – Investors and Owners.
Drafting and bilingual translation of documents, preparing documents to provide legal documents under the contract. Support the KD team to participate in meetings with external customers (if any) when translation is needed
Support the training, organize internal meetings of the Sales Department
Monitor the implementation of the project according to the process of the Sales Department. Maintain project-related records (hard and soft files)
Support Legal Department to consider subcontracting contracts such as Fire Protection, Services
Project Quotation: Draft preliminary estimate and export quotation to support Sales team
Support the sales team to advance and settle expenses in sales and business activities
Coordinate with other departments to work quickly and efficiently. Coordinating with departments, synthesizing procedures related to acceptance, advance and payment with CDT
Building a system of documents/forms/bilingual documents in English-Vietnamese
Building and implementing ISO 9001:2015 system for Sales Department
Building and implementing OKRs . system
Participating in analysis - evaluation - improvement of the department's working process and product quality
Perform other tasks assigned by the Vice President of Business.
