- Job details:
- Proactively seek out, approach, and develop new clients (hospitals, clinics, laboratories, businesses).
- Survey customer needs and advise on suitable products.
- Implement sales plans for assigned regions/customer groups and ensure sales targets are met.
- Advise customers on products and solutions that best suit their needs.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and bargain with clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and carry out signing procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
- Coordinate with the Accounting department to monitor accounts receivable and assist in debt collection from customers.
- Submit monthly work reports as requested by management.
- Job requirements:
- Graduated from college/university in Business, Biotechnology, Biology, Healthcare, or related fields.
- Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in the field of medical equipment, supplies, chemicals, or medical products.
- Proactive and able to handle sales pressure.
- Willing to travel for business when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
- Possesses strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills.
