- Job details:
* Manage goods, including incoming, outgoing, and inventory, according to company procedures.
* Receiving goods from assembly departments, along with raw materials and supplies from suppliers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for receiving, delivering, shipping, and returning goods, and regularly check inventory records to verify quantities of goods received, shipped, and in stock against actual inventory.
- Update and fully record all inventory receipt and dispatch transactions in the required documents and ledgers.
- Implement and control inventory management operations, ensuring the accuracy of goods and documentation. Control the quantity and condition of goods in the warehouse.
- Count, sort, and store goods according to regulations; ensure packaging and box expiration dates comply with the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks, reconcile data, and prepare inventory reports as required.
- Arrange goods in the warehouse neatly, tidily, and cleanly.
- Clean the warehouse thoroughly every day.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management, reporting as required by the Head of Logistics Department, Board of Directors, etc.
- Job requirements:
- High school graduate or higher
- Candidates should have 1-2 years or more of experience in a similar position, preferably with experience managing finished goods, components, and accessories in the warehouse.
- Honest, careful, quick-witted, diligent, meticulous, and highly responsible.
- Master the regulations for importing and exporting goods.
- Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, etc.
