Job description
- Online educational products have had more than 10 years of development with millions of users.
- Take care of available data, customers who have experienced OLM, high sales closing rate.
- Consulting and introducing OLM products to students/parents/teachers.
- Support customers during use, ensuring they have the best experience with the OLM platform.
- Manage customer information on OLM and accompany and support students/parents/teachers/schools throughout the usage process.
- No experience required.
- Have personal laptop.
- Good communication skills, clear voice, easy to hear, no lisp.
- Hardworking, high sense of responsibility, flexible and ready to adapt to all situations.
- Can work outside of office hours (evenings and weekends online), assigned shift shifts.
Salary/bonus:
- Actual income from 10,000,000 VND or more depending on capacity (fixed salary + % of revenue + commission).
