JOB DETAILS: This position will be responsible for advising customers by phone and in person, recommending suitable learning packages, arranging trial lessons, coordinating classes, resolving issues and handling customer requests, as well as performing assigned tasks and supporting colleagues.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Customer service via telephone
- We invite customers to visit the academy for a direct consultation.
- Introducing learning packages tailored to customer needs.
- Arrange trial lessons to suit customer needs.
- Coordinate class openings and schedule lessons.
- Solve problems and handle customer requests.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Provide support to other BrightCHAMPS staff as needed.
REQUEST:- Age range: 19 - 35 years old
- High school diploma or higher
- Having a personal laptop (with allowance)
- Minimum 6 months of sales/telesales experience in various fields, preferably education.
- Good communication skills and understanding of customer psychology.
- High pressure resistance
