Job Description

Find apartments/rooms for rent

Search for potential apartments, houses, and rental rooms that fit the serviced apartment model.
Tap into real estate resources from landlords, brokers, online platforms, and networks.
Build and maintain a list of potential hosts.

Real Estate Survey & Evaluation

Go directly to survey real estate to evaluate location, quality, legal basis, and business potential.
Take photos, record videos, collect detailed information about the apartment/room.
It is necessary to evaluate the cost of renovation and repair.
Prepare summary reports and recommend suitable apartments for the company.

Negotiating & Working with the Landlord

Contact, discuss and persuade the landlord to re-rent with optimal cooperation conditions.
Negotiate rental price, contract terms, payment methods
Support in completing the procedures for signing the rental contract.

Market Development & Expansion

Research real estate market, rental trends.
Propose potential areas, develop housing expansion strategy.
Build relationships with brokers and collaborators to have a stable source of housing.
