Job Description

- Job details:

Assisting the department head in tracking orders, contracts, quotations, and supporting projects.
Drafting documents and paperwork related to work, meetings, and business activities.
Skills in sourcing suppliers for interior and exterior construction and decoration.
Administrative and human resources tasks (accounting for 40% of the workload): personnel recruitment, office supplies management, etc.
Archiving project records, documents, and company files.
Acting as a bridge between clients and the design department/production workshop.
Providing purchasing support for companies and projects.
Assisting with general office tasks.

- Job requirements:

Graduated from college/university with a major in economics: business administration, marketing, etc.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in purchasing within the interior design and construction industry is an advantage.
Having a high sense of responsibility
Proficient in using office software and AI.

- Benefits received:
