Job Description

Job details
- Manage and support mobility, personnel and professional issues, guide and train basic skills for security guards.
- Coordinating with departments in arranging and arranging to ensure the number of troops for the Target
- Responsible for recruiting and training human resources to meet the Company's human resources.

- Directing the human resources & professional activities in the management area according to the company's regulations and regulations.
- Directly train & provide professional guidance for the goals to ensure service quality.
- Advising the Human Resources Department & the Board of Directors in the work of dispatching, appointing, suspending & handling employee violations.... settlement of leave, leave, sickness, and accidents of employees.

- Check & evaluate the quality of each staff - NV under their authority, assess the strengths and weaknesses of each goal, come up with a plan for prevention, improvement & service development.
- Professional training for new employees, periodic and irregular re-training for official employees at the unit.
- Develop job descriptions of targets under management.

- Directly handle arising incidents according to their competence.
- Coordinate with Human Resources Department to perform recruitment & training for specific regions and targets.
- Acquiring all opinions of customers, participating in customer meetings & taking care of customers periodically & unexpectedly.

- Professionally manage security guards, guide employees to work in accordance with the trained and trained process.
- Implement new goals.
