JOB DETAILS:
The job involves planning and implementing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google, as well as developing marketing strategies for each of the company's products. This position also requires analyzing the market, competitors, industry trends, and optimizing advertising effectiveness to achieve sales and cost KPIs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and implement advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Google.
- Develop marketing strategies for each of the company's products.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends.
- Monitor and optimize advertising effectiveness to achieve sales and cost KPIs.
- Develop content, images, and videos for advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design department to implement marketing programs.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns periodically.
- Propose programs to boost sales and develop the brand.
- Manage and operate Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada stores.
- Upload, update, and optimize product information on the platform.
- Track sales, traffic, and sales performance.
- Implement in-store advertising to increase sales.
REQUEST:
- Experience running Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads is preferred.
- Experience operating a Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Lazada store is an advantage.
- Possesses strategic marketing thinking and data analysis skills.
- Proactive, creative, and responsible in their work.
- Knowing how to use AI tools, Canva, and CapCut is an advantage.
