Job details
- Operate technical systems at the building: electricity, water, air conditioning, fire protection systems.
- Check and monitor technical systems to ensure continuous, efficient and economical operation.
- Prevent and repair problems related to technical systems in the building and report implementation results.
- Timely report major incidents at work to the Shift Manager or Chief Engineer for resolution and quickly isolate or fix the problem to minimize damage, according to the instructions of the shift leader.
- Repair and replace components in technical systems such as: CB, switches, replacing light bulbs, water valves...
- Carry out maintenance work on technical systems according to the approved plan.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors
