Job Description

Find customers
Advise customers on the Company's products/services, policies/solutions on the benefits that customers enjoy.
Quote for customers
Receive requests from customers regarding sales/contract terms and negotiate/bargain with customers within the allowed price range.
Sign sales contracts with customers and company management/leaders.
Inform inter-departmental staff of service delivery to new customers and monitor service quality for the first 6 months.
Monitor and urge customer payments according to the terms of the sales contract.
Update documents into the system and store sales records.
Receive requests arising from customers who have signed contracts with the Company.
Respond to customers on requests after they have been approved by management
Provide professional advice and introduce additional value-added services to customers/persuade customers to purchase additional services from the Company.
Update documents into the system and store sales records.
Perform other tasks to support the operations of the Sales and Customer Service department as assigned by management.
Make periodic/ad hoc reports as required by management
