Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Call customers according to the request list of (Data of customers who have purchased products at VTV-Hyundai) to answer questions and concerns of customers.
Make orders as required to the system, consult products and related services.
Care and support for loyal customers, update promotions, answer product prices for customers.
Recording feedback on customers' ongoing orders such as delivery time, product deficiencies, exchange, return.
Report to superiors on work progress and results, perform other tasks as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Male / Female from 18 years old. At least graduated from high school.
Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Love the job Sales, Telesales,…
Honest, enthusiastic and have a desire to stick with the job for a long time.

Basic salary + Meal allowance + Monthly sales bonus (Total income over 10 million depending on capacity)
