Job Description

Job Description:

Search, approach and develop business customers (B2B) with demand for interior products (offices, restaurants, hotels, showrooms, luxury apartments, etc.).
Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners, architects, contractors, investors.
Consulting and introducing interior products suitable to customer needs.
Negotiate, sign contracts and monitor contract implementation progress, ensuring the interests of the company and customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments such as design, production, construction to ensure quality and progress of product/project delivery.
Follow up and take care of customers after sales to build long-term relationships.
Research the market, analyze trends and propose appropriate business strategies.
Report work and sales periodically as required by superiors.
Output results.
Ensure to achieve the company's sales target
Ensure that the company's image and service quality at the agent/partner do not have any related problems to ensure the brand in the area.
Do not violate company rules, procedures and regulations
Other assigned tasks meet quality and progress requirements.

Request:

Male/Female, 23-35 years old.
College/University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or related fields is an advantage
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in B2B business, priority given to candidates with experience in the interior, construction, and building materials industries.
Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proactive, creative, able to work independently and in a team.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and work support software.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Willing to travel when needed.
