WORK CONTENT
- Caring for and maintaining relationships with the company's existing customers.
- Search, develop and expand customers: Design consulting companies, furniture manufacturing workshop companies, Contractors, agents, distributors, Potential projects...
- Introduce and advise customers about the company's products and services, make agency contracts, issue samples, and sales regulations for agents and distributors.
- Monitor and control sales orders. Manage customer debt. Customer support before and after sales.
- Report work to the Head of Department:
+Report the results of the work at the end of the day.
+ Report on sales situation during the week
+ Market report
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Male/Female candidates aged 23 years old. Have at least 01 year of sales experience in Real Estate, construction materials, equipment related to interior decoration industry,
- Using Auto cad software is an advantage
- Have good presentation skills, negotiation, persuading customers, creating trust in relationships. Dynamic, honest, high sense of organization and discipline, and a sense of responsibility to the end in work within the scope of management.
- Teamwork skills: Coordinate with departments such as accounting, marketing and other departments within the company to improve work efficiency
