JOB DETAILS: Develop sales, promote the company's brand and products. Build and maintain relationships with customers. Expand relationships with new and potential customers. Fully implement the sales process from consultation – quotation – contract signing – delivery tracking – debt collection.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Customer Acquisition & Development: Seek out new clients: construction contractors, design firms, project owners, etc., ensuring sales targets set by the company are met.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure sales targets are met.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor information.
- Sales & Consulting: Introducing and advising customers on products and services.
- Follow all sales procedures as per company regulations.
- Track orders from confirmation to delivery completion and collect outstanding payments.
- Internal coordination: Coordinate internal departments such as admin, accounting, warehouse, supervisory, etc., to arrange and handle tasks smoothly and efficiently.
- Business reporting & planning: Maintain complete customer information and work progress updates in the CRM or management file.
- Provide regular sales and business performance reports to management.
- Develop a personal business plan on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
