- Job details:

Provide consultation and close sales with customers through online channels: Facebook, Zalo, Website, Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop (if available).
Responding to messages and comments, providing customer service before, during, and after sales.
Track orders and coordinate with the warehouse and operations departments to ensure timely delivery.
Update product information and promotions for customers.
Manage customer data, generate daily/weekly sales reports.
Handling basic customer feedback and complaints.

- Job requirements:

Male/Female aged 18-30 or older, with a personal laptop/phone.
Good communication skills, fast typing speed, and willingness to text or call customers.
Possesses a willingness to learn and a sense of responsibility towards sales targets.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in online sales, customer service, or telesales (training will be provided for those without experience).
Basic knowledge of Facebook, Zalo, and Google Sheets is an advantage.

Fixed salary + commission percentage + sales bonus (Income of 612 million VND/month or more depending on ability)
