Job Description

1. Job details:

- Gather customer information from various channels to build a high-quality database of potential customers.

- Directly contact potential customers from the company's database or self-generated lists to introduce products, services, and promotional programs.

- Proactively contact current and past customers to understand their situation and develop positive relationships. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and provide timely solutions.

- Create report templates and document templates as required by superiors. Assist in preparing customer requests and processing orders (including preparing quotations, contracts, handover, delivery, documentation, and tenders), and track customer order status.

- Store relevant documents or other information to maintain a clean and easily accessible archive system.

- Train new employees when required.

- Manage customer accounts and databases. Store and update contact information for customers, suppliers, and external partners.

- Participate in events related to the product line and company benefits.

2. Job requirements:

- High school diploma or higher (sales experience preferred)

- Foreign language: conversational English

- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

- Excellent negotiation, bargaining, and communication skills.

- Honest, careful, responsible, and able to withstand work pressure.

3. Benefits received:
