Consulting and developing points of sale:
- Expand franchise points for existing customers;
- Consulting existing customers to open more points of sale.
Business support:
- Work directly with franchisees to advise and support them in optimizing business operations;
- Solve customer problems during business;
- Implement sales promotion and customer care programs according to the department's plan.
Customer needs assessment and analysis:
- Provide documents and training for employees at franchise points on sales skills, point of sale operations, and customer care;
- Ensure franchisee customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Key Account Channel:
- Receive information from support programs;
- Coordinate to survey the situation and premises to open a point of sale;
- Support for opening a point of sale (if needed by customers).
Other jobs:
Make daily and weekly reports to Direct Manager;
Perform other tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
