Job Description

Job details

Develop plans related to sales and customer care activities, including: sales & discount policies, incentives and promotions, and customer care programs.
Search, develop and expand markets and customer files.
Deploy sales activities on offline and online channels.
Negotiate and sign contracts with customers, monitor contract implementation progress.
Monitor customer debt, urge debt collection on time.
Regularly take care of and maintain close relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with new customers.
Research, analyze the market and propose products and business solutions suitable for each stage.
Periodically evaluate customer satisfaction and propose appropriate solutions.
Report work periodically by day/week/month/quarter or when required.
Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
