GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Actively seek and approach new customers who need to calibrate measuring equipment.
Make business plan, introduce company products and services to customers.
Conducting offers, consulting, quotations, contracts
Set up appointments with customers, negotiate, bargain, and sign contracts.
Customer care, monitor contract progress from start to completion, complete payment and contract liquidation.
Coordinate with relevant departments to support and answer customer questions and requests.
Collect and resolve customer feedback, ensuring customers are always satisfied with the Company's products and services.
Company Representative maintains good relationship with current and potential customers.
Participate in group work to plan market research and expand market share at spas.
Report business results to management at the end of the month.

Education:
College or University graduate majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or related fields.

Experience:
Minimum 01 year of experience in business, Priority given to those with experience in cosmetics business

Other skills and abilities:
Have the qualities and love for business, hard-working, progressive, work with a plan.
Communication, negotiation and persuasion, professional and dynamic style.
Proficient in office computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, ).
Ability to self-study to improve skills and update professional knowledge.
Work independently, withstand pressure and know how to coordinate with a team when necessary.
Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers.
